Notice Where You Exclude Yourself

Notice where—and in what ways—you exclude yourself from offerings or opportunities that are aligned with what you are actually seeking, needing, and desiring.

Notice the sensations you experienced right before you wrote yourself off.
Was there a sense of constriction or pulling away?
A knot in your stomach?
Pressure in your chest?

Then, check in with your emotions just before your reasoning kicked in.
Was it anxiety?
Anticipated disappointment?
Guilt?
Shame?

Finally, examine the thoughts that accompanied those emotions:
This is not for me.
This won’t work for me.
I don’t have time.
This is going to be a waste of money.

And of course—not every opportunity or offering that could help us is the best yes for us, or the right yes at a given time and under given circumstances.

The key is to see your real objections for what they are—and make sure you like them and they serve you.

Don’t Write Yourself Off

If weight has been an ongoing pain point in your life for years, and you feel like giving up on the pursuit of weight loss and feeling good in your body—please don’t.

Don’t write yourself off from this desire.

Health, vibrancy, and feeling confident in your body is your birthright.

An Invitation

On May 9th—the day before Mother’s Day—I am hosting The Inside-Out Weight-Loss Experience, an in-person event in Coeur d’Alene.

The vision behind this offering is to immerse you in a new way of thinking about behavior and nutrition, while also experiencing deep physical relaxation, release, and integration.  Effective and lasting change requires that learning occur both in the mind and be experienced in the body.

The intention behind this offering is that when you look back on this day, you will know this was the inflection point on your health and weight loss journey.

Your Next Step

Take a look at what’s included HERE.

And as you do—notice your body sensations, your emotions, and your thoughts.

I hope you choose:

Expansion over contraction.
Courage over fear.
Your desire over your past.

With love and excitement!
